Rated 4 out of 5 by paulus1 easier than anticipated
Decided against getting a tradesman to replace a broken fan. This was a fair price and was found to be a very simple job. Works well and am pleased with product and outcome.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Pete the Pirate Easy to Fit
Working well. The instructions were clear. The wiring is streaghtforward. It may be a little noisy but it is in the very small loo under the stairs.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Frustrated Poor product
Practically impossible to seperate cover from main body as plastic moulding poor.
Bought to replace existing Homebase supplied fan but found all screw holes different so had to redrill ceiling.
When finally installing found circuit board fell out as not secured.
Finally installed and working but cover would not fit so had to drill even more holes and screw in place

This was bought to replace an existing Fan which came with the house. It was easy for me to fit, and is less noisy than the old one.
