This is the sort of product that fills you with confidence from the moment you open the tin. Applied thick, it dries into a tough flexible coating that easily fills cracks, holes or splits in almost any surface, I have used it to seal a leak on my flat bitumen roof, to tidy up a rusty metal drain cover which I had repaired and to re-seal some wood window trim which was weathering badly. It rained before the roof patch had dried properly - but the patch still dried out a few days later and is absolutely fine. Whether you slop it on thick or work it on like paint (it dries matt black), this is a very versatile product.

Spreads on the felt roof easier than gloss paint on wood. Touch dry in 2 hours, and ready for second coat following day. Do not put on when wet or chance of rain, it liquifies and runs.
overall, marvelous product.

Excellent product easy to use. Quick drying and can be reapplied for badly damaged areas.
Lasts through the hot and cold spells.
Surface needs to be cleared of loose debris and dry.
This is the best product I have ever used for roof repair and I would highly recommend.

Great product for a reasonable price.
Only problem is that it wont last 10 years!!!
It would weather in about 3-5 years but all it needs is to recoat it. Good product for emergency repairs.
