My husband loves this paper and to be honest it does look nice but it is not hard wearing! The slightest knock removes lumps of what I presume is blown vinyl. Having said that it is easy on the eye, no pattern matching required and a textured finish without being a pattern and he is the one who does the wallpapering.

Liked the pattern (that`s why we bought it) but after pasting it seemed like blotting paper, being difficult to pick up after leaving for the reccomended five minutes.Once on the wall it looked reasonable, but after drying out it showed every mark and, indents where the emulsion had come off. It is far too thin for a re-decoration job, new plastered walls yes, not too bad I would think,. We are now to start looking for an alternative paper, to start re-papering over again.

I wouldn't call myself an expert paperhanger, but I was taught by my grandmother, 60 odd years ago, in the days when the edges had to be hand trimmed and the paste was made from flour! so take from that what you will!
Seriously though, I found this paper a treat to hang and the embossing is so fine and completely random that there is no need for matching. Another attribute worth noting, is that the paper tightens so well onto the wall as it dries, that it leaves none of the blisters or blemishes that some other papers do, whilst still not shrinking away from the joins. It is also fairly easy to emulsion over, leaving a uniform, professional looking finish. All that and not at all expensive. Brilliant.

easy to hang and value for money, doesn't quite cover slight imperfections as it says

After reading good reviews of this paper, I had my bedroom professionally decorated with it but am a bit disappointed with the finish as the wallpaper is flattened in places, it doesn't cover all the lumps and bumps and you can see many of the joins in the paper.

This Superfresco pattern gives a neutral base, a bit like real plaster that's just been lightly smoothed.
It had no pattern to match, so it's easy to put up and you can barely see the joins.
It's good for covering slight wall cracks and imperfections. It takes any sort of emulsion well and looks really good with a coat of colour.
Good value from Homebase (and it was on offer when I bought it). I would definitely buy it again.
