Rated 4 out of 5 by Kevin G Smith OK, easy to apply
I was hoping it would cover a deeper shade than it did.
I have some 12+ year old steamers that are now dark, I have applied a good few coat's of Linseed oil over the years, but thought I would try to darken everything down to the same shade. Sadly it does not cover sanded down wood any where near dark enough, having given them 3x coat's each chair.
The finish is good and smooth.
Its easy to apply, but cleaning the paint brush is difficult, as it leaves a plastic type trace on some bristles, so best use an older paint brush.
I would & will use it again, hopefully in 3 years time !

I have always used Ronseal furniture oil on teak garden furniture but am getting fed up with recoating every few months, so I tried this on a new table and chairs. It gives a good rich finish - less sheen than oil - and is very easy to apply with a brush. If the claim on the tin is correct that means job done for 3 years. Wonderful!

I have used this product before but it has been improved in recent years. You used to have to clean brushes using white spirit but now you just rinse them under the tap. It is so much cleaner to use but it is the same great product and the coverage is good. I gave my table the recommended 3 coats and it came up lovely.

The stain colour is accurate to the tin swatch and the product is long lasting in all weathers.
