As suggested in another review, homebase "seem" to be changing the supplier for this product, the older product was fantastic quality, the newer product not so much. The new coving is exactly the same to look at but more flimsy and delicate than the older product.
The newer flimsy product you do need to have a steady hand with the corners so be warned as it can snap under pressure..
Very nice item though as for the money nothing around that is the same depth that you can pick up off the shelf. I have used in my victorian home to great affect.

Homebase appear to have two versions of this ARTHOUSE OREGON coving. The one labled "Coving" is a quality product - pin sharp - five stars. The one labled "Duropolymer Coving" is lighter and lacks the sharpness of "Coving" - 2 stars . I suspect that one has succeeded the other. I hope the product is improving but it could be the other way round. Either way seek out "Coving" and avoid the disappointment of "Duropolymer coving". The 3 stars reflect the avaerage of the two versions.

Good quality, which gives a nice classy finish. Looks traditional, but the clean lines look good with a modern interior too.
Fairly easy to cut, but exterior corners need to be cut very precisely to line up.
