Rated 4 out of 5 by Ground Spike Very good quality but unfortunatley there was not a size to match my needs. Had to use the best nearest and comprimise with some fittings on the side of the slot where the spike went in. Unfortunately I live abroad and had no time to return the item. Worth buying and trying if it fits your needs then Top Item. 22 April 2016
Rated 3 out of 5 by Not as expected Difficult one this..... nothing wrong with what this product does - it works well as a spike for your rotary washing line. HOWEVER - the product innards and cap is RED not black as indicated in the photo on website. As the spike is located on my new patio - I really did not want a bright red disc located on the patio....... its not exactly discreet!! 30 September 2015
Rated 4 out of 5 by As expected Concreted into soil using a bag of Postcrete. Very sturdy and used with Heavy Duty Rotary Airer Dryer - 60m, small gap so rocks slightly but otherwise no problems 18 August 2015
Rated 3 out of 5 by Spike was to big took a long time to get in the ground 06 May 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Good quality As advertised - does the job well. Needs a man to ensure that it is well embedded and vertical in the ground! 22 April 2015
Rated 4 out of 5 by good quality Stong metal, should hold the rotary in place and last a long time. 06 October 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by spike excellent quality did the job 07 September 2012
Rated 2 out of 5 by Not altogether spiky Did the job after a fashion but as it wasn't spiky in the slightest it was rather hard to get in the ground without smashing the top to smithereens. Dusted off the sledgehammer and pounded into the ground rather off kilter and despite covering with a block of wood the top is wibbly. Don't fancy excavation to get it back out though so making do with a wonky line! 05 September 2012
