I bought this light as I wanted a new sumptuos look for my bedroom and a light that not only looked fantastic, stylish and elegant but because it requires five bulbs which means more light and as I am disabled I am in my bedroom a lot so my bedroom is in the process of a makeover and this light really adds to the effect I am trying to create. I love Art Deco and the bedroom has a kind of Art Deco theme to it which this light compliments delightfully. I have bought a huge rococo mirror and two high glosss floating shelves. The shelves bought from Home Base at a really low price and these are installed under the mirror, one slightly lower than the other so a split level effect achieved which match the light perfectly and my bedroom is starting to look really lovely and really luxurious.
This light gives of a beautiful light and the effect is stunning. I would reccomend this light to everyone. As far as price goes I felt it was very resonably priced and you get a lot of light and style for a very reasonable price. Fantastic!!!!

Bought this for our bedroom. I agree with other reviews in that it takes a little while to attach all the jewels etc and the length is a little long (it can be shortened) - however it really does look the part when up.
Everyone we show around the new house comments on how lovely and expensive looking our bedroom light is. I liked it so much I bought the 3 armed version for the upstairs hallway.
It's even cheaper now than when we bought it, definitely worth the money.

Having fallen 'in love' when I saw this originally, I undecided as to where it could hang in my house due to low ceilings.
The only place it could go was in the stairs hallway. This was the right decision. It look fabulous however, a couple of things to note:
1. The centre flex was far too long but good news is that it can be shortened.
2. It does take time attaching the beading to the various parts of the chandelier. Doing it in front of the TV help pass the time away.
Apart from that, I would highly recommend this item for your house if you like something dramatic!
