Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quality well priced item Product was perfectly matched with the colour in the brochure. The paint was for the walls in my soon-to-be teen sons bedroom to provide a more mature environment for him. He is delighted with the end result as to am I. Paint went on well and with no over-powering odour it makes it easy to recommend this to anyone.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not fit for purpose When painting a wall 4x3 metres and after applying the paint around the edges with a brush, prior to covering the rest of the wall with a roller, the paint applied with the brush dries to a lighter shade than that applied with a roller. Even if you go over an area that hasn't covered properly with the roller before the coat has dried it still dries a slightly different shade. This is still the case after applying 3 coats.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from poor quality i bought this paint for my kitchen in red and slate grey.. all though its was a nice colour it was awful to apply it took me 4 coats to paint over a white wall...first coat went on really thinly and patchy which was to be expected but every coat after that was the same just seemed to pull the paint off the wall rather than soak in..and when i cleaned my walls the paint came off..exposing the white underneath..this is the most shocking paint ive ever used and i will never ever buy homebase own brand paint again..i have now had 2 re-decorate my kitchen with a different brand of paint.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Slate Grey This color is brillant the Slate Grey contrast the purple very well and it would conrast any bold dark color. I took a chance because i wanted something that would stand out on my feature wall and look different and the two colors blend & compelment one another really well.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Nice in the End The only thing I disliked about this product is that we had to use two coats to cover a pale yellow. But once we had it looked good

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Nice colour, shame about the paint I am pleased with the colour of the paint. I bought the matt for my sons bedroom. Stirred the paint really well, for ages and the first coat seemed to go on OK. Obviously patchy but to be expected from first coat. The second coat went on OK but when dry it looks really patchy, different shades of grey. I tried to touch up parts but this left even more patches. Horrendous. The paint needs stirring very frequently or it starts to separate which probably explains the patchiness. I wouldn't recommend Homebase paint nor would I use it again, the results are just not good enough.
