happy with this product short term; unsure whether the overlap arm will be durable enough in the long term

Been looking everywhere for a pull chord curtain rail, so purchased this. Left my husband to put it up and when I went to use it found that it wasn't a 'pull from one side' curtain rail, but you have to pull on side to pull the right hand side curtains closed, and then go to the left hand side to pull the left hand curtains closed, Not happy, as my left hand area is restricted and I was wanting a right hand pull only. Grrrrhhhh.

Have had this product before and found it ideal so was happy to buy again. Don't know about putting
it up as had decorator to do it both times but they
made no fuss.

Bought two, both broke. Cheap plastic copy of a branded model. Plastic wheels on plastic spindles. They wear and break and the cords get snarled up. Curtains aren't even that heavy. Do yourself a favour, spend a bit extra on a decent brand.

This was a really unsuitable product for a bay window despite it saying otherwise. It was not flexible on the corners unless you have a very gentle bend and would probably be fine on a straight window. Once fitted the curtains will not flow on the corners and get caught every time. We will need to find an alternative as our hope that it would ease with time has not happened. The strings also keep getting slack.
When we purchased it I had to return it to the shop to be swapped twice as bits were missing so check before you leave!

Easy to assemble and put up. Could do with a few extra wall clips. Heavy duty and value for money compared to what some specialist shops will charge.

Only needed 1 part which had broken. Had to buy whole new system. Suspect will break again as small piece of plastic takes full strain of curtain weight when pulling on cord to close curtain.

Pull cords have to be operated independantly - so why should I bother with a pull-cord??!
Pull cord works on a pulley system, which requires an unsightly pulley screwing to the floor or skirting board at either end.
Expected two hanging cords, one to open both curtains simultaneously, one to close.
