100% Value for money and easy to use, as it says on the tin 'smooth' finish, was absolutely thrilled that I managed to get the colour that I wanted, I needed it to touch up some rusty bits on my car, brilliant job!!

We have lived with an exremely gaudy gold finish fire surround since we bought our house, a friend suggested silver Hammerite may cover the eysore. with a little sanding and 20 minutes with a fine brush the surround was transformed! I was amazed at how easily the paint applied and how quick it dried to a lovely smooth finish. Can't get over the difference a small pot of paint has made to our living room, we were going to spend 100s replacing it but now we love it! would recommend anyone to have a go before scrapping any old metal items! (The silver Hammerite dries to something resembling brushed steel rather than shiney silver.)

Does just what you want and a little goes a long way so the tin should last for ages. I found that when I started on one thing I wanted to paint something else :) probably to do with the size of the item being painted!!!

Bought this to paint my fence and its brilliant quality, only one coat needed. I still got more than have tin left, so its worth the money. Its bit pricey but you get what you pay for.
