I like the look of this watering can and so was prepared to spend more than I would spend on a regular plastic one, because of the nice retro look. Unfortunately, the look is the best thing about the can. It is not terribly well balanced in use and so tends to flood the seedlings because it needs to be tilted so much. The handle is quite slack, which is good because you can move it out of the way when filling, but it means that the can is quite floppy when pouring. Not worth the money.

A small watering can is most likely to be used for indoor plants. It must have, therefore, a narrow nozzle to ensure good aim into the flower pot. This looks pretty but when the rose is removed there is a wide neck so neither part is of any use indoors. It needs a narrow attachment as well as a rose.
I nearly took it back but had mislaid my receipt.
Please supply me with a narrow cream attachment!

This does what you expect - holds a decent amount of water, is lightweight, durable and a subtle colour. My only criticism is that I would have preferred a more vibrant colour. The only other option was a pale pink, but at least the white is more aesthetically pleasing than tin.
It is useful that you can unscrew the top of the nozzle if you want a heavier flow of water.
