Rated 4 out of 5 by from We came home with 2 shades of tiles because we did not receive the assistance needed. The code on the boxes was not clear and although they stated Edinburgh White some were a shade of cream. We had some on the walls before it was noticed. We had to return to the shop and did get them replaced. We lost 2 boxes of tiles.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent value I bought these tiles at a reduced price and they look absolutely lovely, so really pleased. My builder said they were good quality and had no problem fitting them. The texture on the tiles took away the plainness of the usual white tile and they don't look at all clinical. Excellent value and look brilliant - very pleased and would recommend.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Look good on, challenging to source and apply I am very pleased with the final look of the tiles on the wall. They are just as I had hoped. However the quality control on the boxes of tiles was very poor. We purchased 30 boxes to tile a bathroom and separate en-suite shower room, despite checking batch numbers, of these 3 boxes were unglazed ... and in 4 boxes all the tiles were chipped and not all in the same place as would be accounted for by handling. None of these defects were apparent until the box was opened which lead to a great deal of shifting heavy boxes up and down stairs and back to the shop and made organising the tiling challenging! The tiles themselves were aparently 'very brittle, and not of uniform depth '.... making them tricky to cut and hard to lay brick-bond as the tiles were 'bowed'- thicker in the middle than at the edges. The resulting finish is not flat and this is especially pronounced around corners and windowsills.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful Tiles When I mentioned to our plumber that I'd like white tiles for our bathroom, he suggested this could be a 'bit boring' against the white bathroom suite. Having perused the lovely selection of plain, marbled and patterned tiles in Homebase, I selected these Edinburgh tiles, in a subtle tone of nearly-white. Their slightly rippled matt surface softens the overall effect and, with a contrasting border strip in shades of grey, white and charcoal, the result is distinctive and sophisticated. I simply placed my order and the helpful Homebase staff put them aside until our plumber could collect them. I went on holiday for two weeks and when I returned... wow! It was all done and it's beautiful ~ I'm totally delighted.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Edinburgh Wall Tiles - White Field Uses far more grout than stated on boxes. 2 of the tiles over the bath have now become water logged as the glaze failed, which means taking the bath out again to fix the issue. Take into account that they are a matt finish and therefore more likely to take in water before you buy them! Does however look nice when completed despite the issues.
