Good quality kit for the price.
The gloves dealt with sharp tile fragments well.
Safety goggles did their job as did the face mask.

All fine - as with many goggles it's difficult to avoid them steaming up when wearing them with the dust mask, but on the whole everything did the job.

I have only used the gloves but have found them to be very useful. They provide great grip, prevent splinters and prevent callus formation. There is no sign yet of any significant wear and tear.

I recently retired so I wanted to do something to save money. I used this safety kit when I insulated UNDER my downstairs floorboards. It was great for holding the glassfibre insulation and to stop me breathing in dust in the void under the floor. My home no longer loses the 15% of heat/energy that normally goes out through the floor. The safety kit was perfect for the job.

This safety kit was ideal for helping with the dirt, dust and sharp edges in fitting some additional loft insulation - nose, lungs, eyes and hands all well protected! (plus some ear plugs for another day!) Would strongly recommend to anyone undertaking such a task.

Rated 4 out of 5 by handyDIY Great Kit, fantastic gloves
Very useful kit for light D-I-Y work. Gloves are fantastic, have a great fit and good grip. Protection glasses are great and can be used with normal glasses, they also have holes so they don't fog up. Earplugs and mouthpiece are standard things. Good buy if you need all of them and if not, they are always useful to have around.
