Very easy to set up. Took about 25 minutes.
Very comfortable and easy to use. All components seem to be good quality.
It's quite deep compared to tubs with seats/steps inside so you may want to shop around for suitable things to sit on. I'm tallish so OK for me, and I guess you could always put a bit less water in.
Too early too say about running costs etc.
Overall we are very happy with the product, should've bought it ages ago.
We did drive to the Canada Spa offices to see one working before buying it, they were very helpful. It's a shame Homebase won't set up a working one in the store, but I guess for the price they sell them it's take it or leave it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Robbo great intro level spa
Easy to build up, cheap to run and a decent 'bubble' flow from the blower.
It really is easy to put together, takes one person about 20 minutes, taking your time.
The 5" insulation ensures it doesn't sap your finances, especially if you go for the optional hard top but the inflated top is surprisingly well insulating.
Why spend thousands on a spa when you can have this? OK, it doesn't have 'jets' but my family don't seem to care.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Piglet Excellent Value
we wanted something in between inflatable and fibreglass hot tub. Having previously owned an inflatable tub we finally chose this one. We were instantly surprised at the quality of the tub, from the way the side panels were made to how easy it was to put up. The pump is quite and easy to use with clear symbols for each function. The thick polystyrene walls retain the heat making it cheaper to run. Deep enough to submerge shoulders. Unlike some portable tubs.
Overall excellent value for money.
