Definitely the worst brush restorer I've ever used. Left them gloopy and unusable

I found this no better than a normal paint cleaner like white spirit.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Ivor Painter Waste of time.
Did not do a particularly good job.
Would be better off (in terms of effort and money) buying a new brush.

I had a couple of brushes that had been left with hardened paint to clean. One with a solvent based paint and the second emulsion paint. I followed the instructions and saw absolutely no effect, even after extending the soaking in the restorer to a week!
Resorted to a chemical paint stripper which worked.
Don't waste your money on brush restorer. Even better do what I should have done and clean your brushes immediately after use!

Rated 4 out of 5 by Cleaner A rare find
I had been looking for a brush restorer for some time and my local DIY store could only offer me Polycell Brush Cleaner. Paint had hardened in the brushes and Polycell would not work. This brush restorer cleaned up the brushes except the extreme tips - which I trimmed off. I now have 6 like new brushes.
