Rated 5 out of 5 by Looks very grand I have used Suede paint now four times, I am a Decorator by trade and have used this for some of my customers who cant decide between wallpaper or paint. I had ivory suede in my previous house, and have just finished painting my dining room in cream suede; my customers come round and view my suede painted rooms and their decisions are then made - they want the sued look too. I have to say, it makes a room look very grand. Gives a lovely warmth to a room, which in different lighting conditions gives a different look each time, whether in a sunny aspect or electric lighting. I would advise having a good even base colour of a similar colour to your choice of suede, and always 2 coats of suede paint. After the first coat it does tend to look like a piant effect gone wrong, but with the 2nd coat it looks brilliant, it has a marble look to it. So, if you paint on one coat and you are not sure about how it looks, don't give up, paint the second coat and you will love it. I read someone elses review and they only did one coat - definitely need 2. 07 March 2013
