Rated 5 out of 5 by TomC It's definitely a tap.
Looks like a tap, works like a tap. Would recommend to someone needing a tap.

Rated 4 out of 5 by David A piece of advice
After fitting, the flow rate was very poor, particularly the hot. I nearly contacted the plumber to take the tap off and return it. But I read the customer reviews first and I am so glad I did, because in December 2012 someone had the same experience and he discovered that by unscrewing the cap at the end of the spout and cleaning the filter inside, the problem was resolved. This was just the same in my experience.
Thanks very much for the review.

The design of the tap is nice but it's reliability is poor.
Had this tap for a year and both hot and cold taps are dripping. What makes it worse is that no one seems to have the replacement tap cartridges.
Considering this is a homebase product you would have thought the homebase tap cartridges would fit but no they do not.

Rated 1 out of 5 by chris letts beware - watch your water pressure
The tap itself is fine, nice design, however advice in store was that it was suitable for high or low pressure.
After installing, the hot water flow was extremely weak, and only then I noticed the small print said minimum pressure 0.8.
That is hardly a low pressure tap !
So before you buy it, make sure you have sufficient pressure to run it !

Not a cheap tap, a good quality base unit let down by a poor quality spout with excessive movement.

I have recently had a new kitchen fitted and this tap was part of the new sink. I was going to leave a really bad review for this tap as the flow rate was so poor....barely more than a trickle. However, i discovered the nozzle on the end of the spout unscrews, and noticed that there is a plastic flow restrictor fitted inside and 3 little mesh grills. The mesh grills were all clogged with bits of plumbers flux and bits of rubber from the washer etc. I cleaned the mesh and removed the restrictor and now the flow is perfect. So to all you who have also experienced a bad flow rate......remove the restrictor and see how it performs afterwards. Hopefully you will be pleasantly surprised.

Nice looking tap quality seemed good but once it was fitted ( by a proper a accredited plumber) the water flow on the hot side was considerably reduced.. as a result of fitting this tap. My plumber tried all ways to get the water flow better as we do not have a Combi boiler, there was no problem with the previous taps and it is now taking forever with a slow flow to get the water hot! Would not recommend this as a replacement for existing taps.
